All sales are final. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect please email us at info@alinamorganjewelry.com  within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours regarding an exchange. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. 

Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded, as they are the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that return shipments are insured and tracking information is available.
